• Shipped worldwide via DHL, FedEx or registered post

• EU orders include VAT
• For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags, hygiene protection and original packaging intact
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected
• Sale and promotional items are excluded from our extended 30-day return policy. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected
• Pre-order and custom-made items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
