- If the order total exceeds the card value, the difference is paid by card

- Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags, hygiene protection and original packaging intact
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected
- Sale and promotional items are excluded from our extended 30-day return policy. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected
