SHIPPING & HANDLING

We try to make shipping as simple and fast as posible working with reputable sources.

ORDER PROCESSING

Weekday orders (excluding holidays & weekends) will begin processing that day and will normally be sent out within 2-3 days pending availability and payment confirmation.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

We´ll send you an email if the item you ordered is out of stock or waiting to be restocked. This will give you the fast option to cancel or adjust the order, or to request email notification when the product is available again for sale. In case of incomplete delivery, only the goods delivered will be charged.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped via Fedex, or Registered Post. Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification & info via email once your order has been processed. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped, or delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Shipping to a P.O. Box. Is not available to us.

PRIORITY (FASTER) SHIPPING

Please contact us at info@silkana.com or give us a call for rates.
Once Silkana has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, as is standard; you assume the risk of, loss and title for it.
Please note: You are responsible for any additional taxes and customs duties if they are charged.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Depending on the firewall settings of your personal computer, shipping confirmations may be automatically stored in your Spam/Junk mail folder.

 

DELIVERY FAILURE

If an order is returned due to the customer’s failure to accept the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Silkana within 14 days of the last attempted delivery in order to receive a partial refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the order, as well as a restocking fee that is dependent on the number of items in the order. Silkana is not responsible for returned packages due to the customer’s failure to accept delivery.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Silkana, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Silkana. This amount will be subtracted from your order refund.
