
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
We´re friendly so relax & don´t worry, just fill in this return form or send us an email info@silkana.com.with your name, reason for return, item and order details. Once your return info is processed, we´ll send you an email with a reference and an address to return to.
OUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Product of course must be returned in perfect, original unused condition, with all original tags attached & without any sign of wear, washing, sun fade or soiling. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. If we receive your return within 21 days of delivery, we will Store Credit your payment less our original shipping & handling cost. After 21 days, your order won´t be eligible for return or Store Credit. When you place an order, you are agreeing to abide by our policies & we have the right to deny credit if the product returned does not meet them.
Please note, Sale items, including products gifted from Silkana, samples or items purchased with a discount are not eligible for Exchange or Store Credit.
You will receive an email notification from us when your return has been recieved & processed (please check your spam folder incase it jumps there).
We generally use FedEx for shipping, Return costs are at customers expense so you can use your own return shipment method but we recommend that you send anything back to us via traceable carrier. We can not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different colour, item or size, please email us email info@silkana.com. to confirm the product is still in stock and send your original order back as the above return conditions. We want you as happy as posible. Please note, you are responsible for Exchange shipping costs.
STORE CREDIT
Store Credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue, are non refundable or redeemable for cash. Store Credit will be processed within 2-3 business days once your ítem has been recieved, examined & approved. We´ll send a confirmation email when your Store Credit is processed for future purchases.
SALES
All sale product is Final Sale. Anything offered during a marketing campaign or promotional sale is also Final Sale. Sales cant be applied to a previous order.
MANUFACTURE ISSUE
If there is any abnormal issue with quality or a fault due to manufacture with your new item we will resolve this quickly. Please contact us at info@silkana.com with info & order details. (photos if posible).
